Andrew Lin received his master’s degree of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Chicago. He is one of the very few management professionals who owns extensive experience in securities research, investment banking, corporate management, and strategic consulting. He used to serve as General Manager of JP Morgan Chase Securities, Chief Investment Officer of ABN AMRO Asset Management Taiwan, and Managing Director of Macquarie Capital Greater China, leading several large-scale IPO M&A and fundraising cases. In corporate business combat, Andrew served as senior consultant at McKinsey, CFO of Lite-On Group, and Chief Strategy Officer of Chicony Electronics. In 2016, he has stepped into the biotechnology and pharmaceutical industry and took over as the Chairman of Lotus Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. As the Chairman of TaiRx, Andrew Lin said: “I am glad to join TaiRx at its key growth phase. I will work with the existing R&D team to structure a strong operational iron triangle with a goal to lead the company to a new and bright future.”
